Cutting through the deep blue water the rower continues on her course, paddling down the river and back to the boat house in the summer heat. As I pass on my bike I admire her dedication and athleticism and take in the way the sun shines on the water, sparkling brightly. It’s a beautiful day, and I look forward to my return journey and seeing people enjoying the river and day.
